For those who are too lazy to read the rest, the answer is: NO.
I get at least 3-10 emails everyday asking me whether Readbud is a scam or not. The truth is just NO. Let’s face it, nothing is perfect and there’s always a catch.There’s no such thing as easy money in this world, it will be traded with your time or hard work.
The catch is that, Readbud is that they limit the amount of articles they will be sending to you after your earning goes up to 30USD. This enables them to control the amount of payouts to be made in the upcoming months, and if this does not happen, it will rather concern as it is impossible for Readbud to payout to everyone months after months. This also allows readbud to drop some users who gave up and benefit from what the users had generated so far.
As always, try to think about it from the owner perspectives, the usage of bot does not really matter to ReadBud as their main revenue comes from the advertise views and pop ups(which we will try to find a way to click them without having them showing) and this will help them stay alive and keep paying the users.
If you are looking for readbud PROOF of payment, i suggest that you can Google it for yourselves, as there are bunch of them floating around the internet, and personally i have been paid about 500usd by Readbud themselves. A good reliable source to check out whether these paying sites are real or fake is to go to ptc-investigation, http://ptc-investigation.com/readbud.aspx . They actually go through the trouble to find out whether the site is a scam or not.

Due to the recent article confinement enforced by Readbud.com. Many have complaint about the amount of articles being distributed to the users. We will just briefly tell you what we have in mind.
To-do in the upcoming 1.2.0 update for readbud bot 1.2.0 (free):
- We will be adding tougher anti-detection algorithm into our bot.
- We will be adding better reading algorithm instead of random delay.
- We will revamp the bot, so that you can have it runs 24/7 without worries.
- We will allow up to 5 accounts rotation for the free version.
- We will be adding an update alert for the bot.
As for questions regarding what would be in the premium readbud bot. We will give you a rough idea what a premium can do for you.
- It supports proxies.
- It can auto-register and activate as many accounts as you wish.
- It can automatically read the article based on the length or word count

This bot will read the articles just as you wanted. It will navigate to the given article and delay for an amount of random time. The feature of adjusting the delay timer based on the word count is taken out as this is the free version. If you wish to have that feature, you can simply get our premium version of readbud bot, which is due to be released on early June. The estimated price for the premium bot should not be more than 20 USD.
However, some might ask why we need you guys to fill up the survey. The reason is pretty simple, without any income or whatsoever, we will not update the bot as often as there no incentive for us to work on the updates. It is not really that bad, just simply fill up a survey with your information and you shall get what you want.
Ps: The bot scrapes all the articles by skipping them and then, read them all at once. (will be changed in 1.2.0). This is done to make the bot runs even more efficiently as you can always read a skipped article within 2 hours time frame. You can always check whether the articles are being read by visiting your Article history page under your account tab.
